27 Aug 10:
Election of officers will be held at the September 21st club meeting. All current officers are willing to continue in their current elected positions for another year.
If anyone would like to serve as an ARCS club officer, they need to be nominated for that office at this meeting. Our current officers have done another great job with
our club this year, and deserve a lot more credit for all their work than they usually get. A big Thank You to all of them!

Several changes have been made to the site, including new Special Events and For Sale items. The August Monthly Photo Album has been posted on the Photo Albums page. Rick Zondlo
and others have commented that they like to see the slideshows that are avaiable with the View Slideshow link on the left side of the Gallery page after you select a specific album.
There is also a Fullscreen version of the slideshow, but it can be more complicated to run depending on the security level of your computer, gives less control of the
show as you are viewing it, and the pictures are usually less clear.

The June and July Monthly Photo Albums have been posted on the Photo Albums page. Some people have said that they do not know the ID and Password for the Photo Album Gallery,
but that is because that is NOT where we will provide the login for our site. The current Gallery Login and Register links are ONLY for the Gallery Administration functions. Once we have site
Login capabilities, we may also extend those to include additional Gallery functions, but nothing is planned at this time. The best way to use the Gallery is to click on the picture
of the place you want to view (like the Monthly Albums) under the Alamo Radio Control Society Photo and Video Gallery heading. You can then navigate around the
albums using the picture links to view the material you want to see. The July Fun-Fly was very well attended, so check out those pictures.
